At Jet Way, our security personnel are on a higher grade level than others in the industry due to prior honorable military and/or law enforcement background or prior experience in the industry.
Each security officer is trained and licensed in accordance with state agencies’ rules and regulations as well as federal requirements. As part of this training, Jet Way operates an in-house training division in New York, and our curriculum has been approved by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services.
Jet Way is also one of the few companies that participates in the “E-Verification” program offered by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This means we have direct access to the DHS database where we can verify the legal status of all employees as well as their authorization to work in the United States. This added layer of security is unique to only a handful of companies, and Jet Way is pleased to offer it to our customers.
In addition, our stringent personnel selection and training process includes:

• Drug testing
• Psychological screenings
• Training in company standards prior to job placement
